Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge a restocking fee (0%).

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 15 minutes of being placed, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled. Cancellation requests made after this window, or after an order has shipped, will be handled under our standard return policy above.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page cannot be returned or cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@valeonne.shop with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
